The
roof is a very important component of your home.
If applied improperly it can create many problems
including leaking and voided manufacturer warranty
claims. Our roofs are installed using exact specifications
in order to avoid such occurances.
Our crews are well versed in flashing chimneys and
skylights ensuring you will get a leak free product.

creates a much cleaner look and allows for aluminum fascia to
be installed. One row of ice and water shield is then installed
on all valleys, eaves and around skylights and chimneys.A
layer of 15Lb felt is then applied on all other areas. The shingles are installed using a starter course applied with a 3/4" overlap on the eaves to allow propper runoff into eavestrough. Nailing and overlap conform to manufacturers specifications. All valleys are full laced or half laced which is a weaving process providing a much more lasting and visually appealing result.Projects are left clean and free of nails.
